What we do
We design the system, build it, and stay for the hard part.
Public sector systems fail in the gap between a good design and daily use. We work across that whole gap — from the first process workshop to the third year of production support.
Capabilities
Solutions design
Process discovery, business analysis, and functional design for infrastructure and corporate services: project lifecycle management, operations and maintenance, portfolio and programme management, procurement administration. We write the specification the builders and the auditors can both live with.
Software architecture
Enterprise architecture on K2, SharePoint, and .NET with SQL Server behind it: workflow, forms, document control, integration, and reporting. Designed for environments where a system has to keep working through staff turnover, policy changes, and audit cycles.
Delivery & support
Phased rollout, data migration, user training, and the unglamorous production support that decides whether a system is adopted or quietly abandoned. We hand over documentation people can actually use.
Capability building
Interns and graduates embedded in live delivery teams, mentored on real government systems. Client teams trained to own what we build, so the dependency ends when the project does.
How we work
Five steps, in the open
No black boxes. Every stage produces something the client can read, question, and sign.
-
Understand
We sit with the people doing the work — not only the people describing it — and map the process as it actually runs, including the workarounds.
-
Design
Functional design, data model, and workflow, aligned to the governance framework the institution reports against (IDMS, CIDB, departmental SCM policy).
-
Build
Iterative delivery on the agreed stack, demonstrated to users in short cycles so the first time they see it is not at go-live.
-
Deploy
Migration, parallel running, training, and a phased cutover — with the reporting reconciled before the old process is switched off.
-
Sustain
Support, enhancement, and skills transfer, until the client team can carry the system on its own.
The stack
Chosen for longevity, not novelty
Government systems outlive fashions. We build on platforms departments can license, staff, and audit.
Tell us what is not working.
Bring us the process everyone dreads — the one held together by three spreadsheets and one person’s memory.
